Those first bathroom trips after birth can feel tender, uncomfortable and daunting. The Peri Pair brings together our Reusable Perineal Ice Packs and Peri Bottle in one simple perineal care pack, designed to make caring for yourself during those early postpartum days a little gentler.

Use the angled peri bottle to gently rinse and cleanse the perineal area without the discomfort of wiping, then reach for a perineal ice pack when your body is asking for cooling, soothing relief.

Our reusable ice packs are filled with soft, flexible gel rather than beads and feature built-in separators that help keep the gel evenly distributed throughout the pack, reducing dead spots as it moulds to the body. Unlike traditional straight gel strips, their contoured shape has been designed specifically to sit comfortably against the postpartum body and provide targeted coverage where it’s needed.

Each perineal care pack includes two reusable gel packs and three soft, washable sleeves, so you can keep one cooling while the other is in use and have a fresh sleeve ready when you need it.

The angled peri bottle provides a gentle, directed stream of water while sitting on the toilet, making it easier to rinse, cleanse and freshen the area without awkward positioning.
