We do not accept returns or issue refunds or exchanges for change of mind or unwanted gifts. Please make your selections carefully.
We will not accept returns or refunds for damaged items that have not been used according to directions, or have been used in ways other than their intended use.

Sale items
Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange unless faulty or damaged on arrival.
How soon do I need to return my item?
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
How do I get a refund or exchange?
Email us at [email protected] with your request. We will then let you know if you are eligible, and if so we will send you instructions on how to return your item and whether you are eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit. Please attach your receipt to your email, along with photos of the faulty product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that your refund/exchange/store credit has been processed.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
