Designed specifically for postpartum recovery, our perineal ice pack offers soothing hot or cold relief for the tenderness, swelling and discomfort that can come after birth – with every detail thoughtfully considered for the postpartum body.
Unlike traditional straight, beaded ice packs, ours is filled with soft, flexible gel and shaped to contour naturally to the body, helping provide comfortable, targeted coverage exactly where you need it.
Inside, the gel is divided into individual sections to help keep it evenly distributed throughout the pack. This prevents the gel from shifting entirely to one area and creating uncomfortable dead spots, helping maintain consistent coverage from end to end.
And because postpartum recovery doesn’t happen once a day, each set includes two reusable perineal ice packs and three soft, washable sleeves. Keep one in the freezer while the other is in use, rotate them as needed, and have a fresh sleeve ready while another is in the wash.
Use your perineal ice pack cold to soothe and cool tender areas after birth, or gently warmed when comforting heat is what your body is asking for. Simply slip it inside one of the washable fabric sleeves and secure it comfortably in place.

Why we designed ours differently
